Delete your account

You can ask us to permanently delete your Yummooh Life account and the personal data we hold about you. Requests are actioned within 30 days.

What gets deleted
Applies to the account and everything linked to it.
  • Your login, profile, photo and Digital Health ID
  • Health profile answers, uploaded medical records, prescriptions and lab results
  • Dependents you added, appointments, telehealth bookings and consult history
  • Device push tokens, support conversations and saved preferences
What we must retain
Required by law or for fraud prevention.
  • Financial and transaction records (wallet top-ups, payouts, invoices) — retained for the statutory accounting period, then deleted.
  • Clinical records a provider is legally required to keep are held by that provider under their own obligations.
  • Anonymised, non-identifying analytics that can no longer be linked to you.

Any remaining wallet balance should be withdrawn before you submit the request — deletion closes the wallet.
